We propose a grapefruit fiber based mode-multiplex plasmonic sensor to detect three different analytes simultaneously. The proposed sensor shows the maximum wavelength sensitivity of 2000, 3000 nm/RIU for x-polarized and 18000 nm/RIU for y-polarized modes, respectively.en_AU
