dc.description.abstractMass aggregations, including aerial swarms, of a yellow swarming chloropid fly are reported from Australia. The species, Chloromerus striatifrons (Becker), is endemic to south-eastern Australia and has been reported swarming only once previously, 40 years ago.en_AU
