Abstract
The authors regret there is a critical error in Eq. 1; this should read: C stock (Mg C/ha) = (total OC (mg/g)/10) × BD (g/cm3) × depth (cm) × (1 − proportion gravel). The calculations performed in the study are correct and this is only a typographical error.
