dc.description.abstractWe review various III-V compound semiconductor nanowires grown by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition. Transmission and scanning electron microscopy, micro-photoluminescence and micro-Raman spectroscopy have been used to understand the crystal structure, light emission and band structure.
