Abstract
The dynamical response and plasma mode dispersion in strongly coupled two-dimensional Coulomb fluids (2DCF) in the weakly degenerate quantum domain were analyzed. Nonlinear response function approach was used to construct self-consistent approximation scheme for density response functions and plasma mode dispersion at long wavelengths. The main factors were the first kinetic equation of the Bogoliubov-born-Green-Kirkwood-Yvon (BBGKY) hierarchy, velocity average approximation (VAA) hypothesis, the quadratic fluctuation dissipation theorem, and the dynamical superposition approximation (DSA) closure hypothesis. The VAA assumed that the nonrandom-phase approximation part of two-particle distribution functions were replaced by a suitable momentum average.
