In light of a major development in the harmonisation of OHS legislation in Australia this edition does not include a Feature Article. Safe Work Australia has made the model Work Health and Safety Regulations and a series of draft model codes of practice available for public consultation and review until 4 April 2011. Readers will have plenty to digest in the draft regulations and codes and in considering any comments they may wish to submit to Safe Work Australia.en_AU
