Abstract

Cottrell co-organised/ co-curated with Suse Scholem, an online and touring exhibition project raising awareness and public discussion around ethical and sustainability issues around jewellery resources. Exhibition toured to BILK Gallery in Canberra and NorthCity4 in Melbourne. At NorthCity4 a forum was held in conjunction with the exhibition. Three works by Cottrell were featured in the exhibition: Beaded beaded Chain Doubled circled, bead loop, bead thread Gold Shiny Polite, with impolite erruptions
