Abstract

Correlated photon pairs are generated via spontaneous-four-wave-mixing in a 10 mm As2S3 waveguide. With photon channels detuned to the low spontaneous Raman window at 7.4 THz, a room temperature coincidence-to-accidental ratio of 7.6 was measured.
