dc.description.abstractBroadband photoconductive terahertz detectors based on undoped InP single nanowires were demonstrated. By further design and growth of an axial n+-i-n+ structure to reduce the contact resistance, highly-sensitive n+-i-n+ InP single-nanowire terahertz detectors were achieved.
