All combinations of detachment by flow or raindrops, and transport by flow, raindrop-induced flow or splash have not been fully incorporated into EUROSEM. In particular, neglecting raindrop detachment combined with raindrop-induced flow transport (RIFT) leads to underestimation of erosion under certain circumstances.
