Abstract

COVID-19 has disproportionately affected ethnic minorities and migrants, not only through an increased risk of infection and death (Pan et al. 2020), but also through experiences of harassment, marginalization, and exclusion (He et al. 2020). By exacerbating or creating vulnerabilities, the pandemic has aggravated racial injustices.
