It outlines that while social justice is very much at the heart of much contemporary legal scholarship, this is not always reflected in the law school. It draws on critiques of legal education and presents how educators and students of all stages can engage more with social justice. It sets out how this collection hopes to inform and illuminate anyone who is embarking on a legal assignment or any venture which will benefit from seeing how and why law and social justice are and should be linked.
