Abstract

To begin with, it is worth acknowledging that abundant discussions concluded true phenomenon of a significant drop in economic growth due to the global Covid-19 outbreak. Asian Development Bank (2020) argued that despite Indonesia’s sturdy macroeconomic fundamentals, Covid-19 is progressively weakening the economy and threaten external environment and domestic demand. A growing body of debates also questioned whether government expenditures and incentives are vital as safeguard to vulnerable in order to immediately recover economic growth.
