dc.description.abstractAfter summarising the historical background of forensic speaker recognition, this paper describes the current trend of this area, in particular, focusing on the likelihood ratio-based framework, which has started being widely accepted internationally as the logically and legally correct way of analysing and presenting scientific forensic evidence.
