Abstract

In this chapter we pull together the insights of the chapters that comprise this Handbook and use these to reflect on what the future public servant needs to know. We describe how the COVID-19 pandemic interrupted our process of bringing together this Handbook and the likely impacts of the pandemic for the future public servant. We also consider what might be included in future iterations of the Handbook.
