dc.description.abstractWe study active metasurfaces composed of arrays of split-nanodisk resonators made of InGaAs slab with embedded InGaAsP quantum wells. We demonstrate lasing from high-Q localized anapole modes with high coherence, narrow linewidth, and low threshold.en_AU
