dc.description.abstractImplementation of tunable and switchable topological systems is the next step towards realistic applications of topological photonics. Here, we study topological zigzag arrays of dielectric resonators and demonstrate a novel method to control their topological edge states by applying local heating. Numerical and experimental studies confirm that the properties of the topological edge states in such systems can be tuned and controlled by temperature.
