Abstract

The continuing deep divisions between developed and developing countries have given rise to concern that the Sixth WTO Ministerial Conference to be held on 13-18 December in Hong Kong will - like its predecessor, the Fifth Ministerial in Cancun - end in failure. The contributions to this Forum explore the key negotiating issues.
