Abstract

On 30 January 2012, the Australian Government released information for a tender for a review/ evaluation of Legal Assistance Services across Australia. The Commonwealth Attorney General’s Office is to review and measure legal assistance services under a recent National Partnership Agreement which commenced on 30 June 2011 between the Commonwealth, State and Territory Governments.
