dc.description.abstractThe structure of the neutron-rich nucleus Tm172 has been studied using incomplete fusion of Li7 on an Er170 target at 30 MeV. A 190-μs isomer at an excitation energy of 476 keV was identified using chopped beams and γ-ray spectroscopy. The isomer decays
