Abstract

Projects and programs aim at making a positive impact on organizations and society, for example economic, social, and environmental impacts on key stakeholders ( Huemann, 2022 ; Martinsuo, 2020 ; Pinto et al., 2022 ; Eskerod & Huemann, 2024 ). Such an impact requires the realization of benefits, for example increased market competitiveness and increased the quality of health services.
