dc.description.abstractWe introduce a novel concept of dielectric Mie-resonant membrane metasurfaces for the THz spectral region and fabricated from a free-standing silicon wafer. The metasurfaces support Mie resonances providing a 2π phase coverage and high transmission.en_AU
