dc.description.abstract | We introduce a novel concept of dielectric Mie-resonant membrane metasurfaces for the THz spectral region and fabricated from a free-standing silicon wafer. The metasurfaces support Mie resonances providing a 2π phase coverage and high transmission. | en_AU |
