Introduction The process of becoming a lawyer – through law school, in professional legal education and in the workplace – is not an easy endeavour. It is a long and sometimes personally challenging journey which requires grasping a vast array of knowledge and information and encountering a multitude of complex, unpredictable and confronting situations.
