Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate a chip-based continuously tunable microwave photonic true-time delay (TTD) using Brillouin scattering and phase amplification enhancement, achieving delays of 4-ns over a bandwidth of 150-MHz utilizing approximately 10dB of on-off gain.
