Scaffolding of antigen receptors for immunogenic versus tolerogenic signaling
Lymphocyte antigen receptors are responsible for inducing the opposite responses of immunity or tolerance. How the correct polarity of antigen receptor signaling is encoded has been an enduring enigma.
