MTrack: Automated Detection, Tracking, and Analysis of Dynamic Microtubules

Microtubules are polar, dynamic filaments fundamental to many cellular processes. In vitro reconstitution approaches with purified tubulin are essential to elucidate different aspects of microtubule behavior.
