Description
In this paper, the control problem for flexible mechanical systems with input dead-zone nonlinearity is investigated. We employ the boundary control technique aiming at regulating the deformation of flexible mechanical systems (including both the string and the Euler–Bernoulli beam) in the presence of various external disturbances.
