Abstract

A high-gain observer is applied to asymptotically recover certain transfer function properties which are obtainable using state feedback control. The property under consideration involves bounding the norm of certain transfer function matrix over all frequencies. These results have application to the problems of disturbance rejection and stabilization of uncertain linear systems.
