Abstract

Existing light-sheet microscopy has limited adoption in microfluidic studies due to physical constraints imposed by the working distance from multiple objective lenses, significant modification of microfluidic chip, or complex imaging setups. We demonstrate single-objective light-sheet microscopy that is fully compatible with microfluidic devices. A key improvement is the real-time volumetric, optically sectioned imaging by oblique light-sheet with a novel computational light-field reconstruction algorithm.
