L'Europe et le renouveau du droit international (1941-1945)
Abstract
At the end of the Second World War, the Allies established the International Military Tribunals at Nuremberg and Tokyo and adopted new principles of international law. From the archives of the Allied committees and of the United Nations War Crimes Commission, this article shows that the implementation of this new legal framework in London and Chungking is as important as the framework itself.
