Submission in response to AER (Retail Law) Performance Reporting Procedures and Guidelines - Issues paper

Abstract

This submission was made to the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) Performance Reporting Procedures and Guidelines consultation in August 2023. The purpose of the AER consultation was to review the performance data reported by energy retailers and to make improvements where necessary. The consultation occurred in two stages with stakeholders invited to respond to an Issues Paper and subsequently the Draft Guidelines. This submission responds to the Issues Paper and supports the AER’s proposal to introduce public reporting of retail performance data for card-operated meter households in Queensland. Show more
