International Application published under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) World Intellectual Property Organization: International Bureau (WIPO) International Publication Number: WO/2017/187114 International Application Number: PCT/GB2016/053358 (EN) A novel hybrid biocompatible ink for templated 3D cell printing (bioprinting) is disclosed, which comprises a poloxamer in the range of from 11 to 14 wt %, and an alginate in the range of from 5 to 7 wt %. Methods for preparing the biocompatible ink and using the biocompatible ink to form an alginate gel structure are also disclosed. (FR) L'invention concerne une nouvelle encre biocompatible hybride pour l'impression 3D de cellules dans une matrice (bio-impression), l'encre comprenant un poloxamère selon une proportion comprise entre 11 et 14 % en poids, et un alginate selon une proportion comprise entre 5 et 7 % en poids. L'invention concerne également des procédés de préparation de l'encre biocompatible et d'utilisation de l'encre biocompatible pour former une structure de gel d'alginate.
