dc.descriptionTheaden Hancock Memorial Fountain is pleasantly situated in the centre of a garden adjacent to a suite of rooms reserved for the use of women members and the wives of members of University House. This bronze sculpture, representing a flight of birds, is the work of the late Gerald Lewers and is a memorial to the late Theaden Hancock, wife of Professor Sir Keith Hancock, Professor of History and former director of the Research School of Social Sciences.
