Abstract

A teaching and research area in a high quality eucalypt forest in the Bridabella Ranges, west of Canberra. The development of this fine regrowth of Eucalyptus viminalis and E. fastigata has resulted from a student silvicultural exercise in the stand that had previously carried overmature and large defective veteran stems.
