In the battle to recover Sita, Rama and Lakshmana and many of the monkey warriors lay wounded, and Hanuman was sent to get the healing herbs from the Himalayas. He flew from Ceylon to the Himalayas, but either could not recognize the herbs, or they had hidden, so he brought the whole mountain back and restores all the wounded and dead to health
then he replaced the mountain and returned to the battle
