    Men, women and children march holding signs including: "40 hour week procession thru' Sydney's streets, Sunday 9th Dec. 2pm, Digger, be in it!" and "We fought 70 hours a week we want to work 40 hours". No notes or caption on verso. Unknown whether photograph shows the 9 Dec 1945 demonstration march, or an earlier event such as the "Russia Day March" on Sunday 4 Nov 1945.
