Abstract
On the eve of the 1994 Northern Territory election, the Country Liberal Party (CLP) allegedly push polled three marginal seats, Millner, Wanguri and Jingili. Through a company located in Western Australia, and according to a plan designed by the CLP’s pollster, telephone operators phoned over a thousand undecided swinging voters.
