The quantitative effect of some socio-demographic factors on measures of fertility
Abstract
This study aimed at evaluating the quantitative effect
of changes in sex and age distributions, mortality schedules,
age-patterns of marriage and family sizes and the
introduction of contraceptives on the measures of fertility
in a population. Some related results were also discussed .
