State industrial corporations in Sri Lanka : some aspects of their development and administration
Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to examine the corporate form
as it exists in Sri Lanka and to analyse the conditions and problems
under which it has been operating. It is therefore an attempt to
relate the theory of public corporations to the actual functioning of
corporations in a developing country.
