Abstract

Mr William Dowling was Born 11 March 1947. He worked as a computer operator, photographer, builder’s labourer, preschool teacher, and bureaucrat. In the 1970s he was involved with the Australia-China Society and visited China in 1971. Mr Dowling retired in 2001. "The diary records my impressionable impressions of that trip" William Dowling.
