dc.description.abstractThe performance of Incorporated Land Groups in the petroleum sector, which were introduced as a mechanism for revenue distribution among landowners, suggests there are significant principal-agent problems arising from their design and oversight. This paper describes the problems that have arisen and suggests ways in which these agency problems may be reduced.en_AU
