Abstract

This study examines aspects of the structure, conduct and performance of the Australian fruit and vegetable processing industry. As it is not possible to discuss every facet of the industry, interest is centred upon corporate logistics decision-making under conditions of uncertainty. Such a focus differs from traditional industrial geography in that the emphasis is upon corporate decision-making, logistics and uncertainty.
