Ordinance No. 2020-1642 of December 21, 2020 transposing Directive (EU) 2018/1808 of the European Parliament and of the Council of November 14, 2018 amending Directive 2010/13/EU aimed at the coordination of certain legislative, regulatory and administrative measures of the Member States relating to the provision of audiovisual media services, taking into account the evolution of the realities of the market, and modifying the law of 30 September 1986 relating to the freedom of communication, the cinema and moving image code , as well as the deadlines relating to the exploitation of cinematographic works.
