Structural and physical properties of Ge
11.5As 24S 64.5?xSe 64.5?(1 - X) glasses
We replaced Se in Ge<inf>11.5</inf>As<inf>24</inf>Se<inf>64.5</inf> glasses with S, and prepared several Ge<inf>11.5</inf>As<inf>24</inf>S<inf>64.5·x</inf>Se<inf>64.5·(1 - x)</inf> glasses with x = 0, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%, respectively, in order to improve the laser damage threshold in the glasses.
