Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection in a Woman With Polycystic Kidney Disease

Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), characterized by renal cyst formation, is known to cause such vascular abnormalities as arterial dilatation and dissection.
