Description

In this bowl sacrificial meats were offered. Bowl handle and hollow base are all poured in one piece. The dating of this vessel is based on the inscription translated by J.E. Lodge: 'Po Che-fu made this precious chiu to be used for offerings when royalty is formally received'. -- 28 x 34.1 cm.
