Description
Figurine of two grave sentinels in grey-black, hard-baked clay, which in parts has burnt to a brown colour and cracked. These figures probably represent magicians and date later than the Han dynasty. Figurines of magicians such as these were found in Henan near the Huai river, in Jin graves. -- h: 43 cm.
