dc.descriptionThe vase is entirely covered with figures carved in the round, probably served as a kind of stand. We meet here for the first time the naked hero guarding cattle, who later becomes very important, especially in the Early Dynastic band of figures. -- Limestone, 12.7 x 7.9 cm (British Museum).
