Seascape with a number of people, including a man in a top hat and a woman, in a rowing boat. Nearby is a two masted sailing ship with its sails furled, and further away can be seen a sailing boat and a long rowing boat. Visible on shore in the foreground is a pier and some buildings, and in the background the township of Warrnambool.
