Abstract

Photograph of a woman and man standing on the veranda of a timber house roofed with corrugated iron. The woman wears a high collared dress with mutton chop sleeves and the bearded man has on a tall hat, tie, dark coloured waistcoat, jacket and trousers. The house is set in a garden with apple and loquat trees and evergreen shrubs that are possibly pittosporums. To the right is a shed and a vegetable patch with cabbages, and on the left can be seen part of a picket fence.
